3.5 Bind Card

/openapi/card/bindCard

This interface is used to bind physical cards after obtaining a batch of cards offline. Tevau delivery is not required, and the billing address needs to be added. If the card is successfully bound, the 3.9 physical card activation interface needs to be called.
