A：When a user makes a transaction, the merchant sends a 3DS authorization request. Upon receiving it, we will notify you via the “8.4 Authorization 3DS Notification.” After you receive the notification, you must prompt the user to confirm and then call the “3.15 3DS” interface.

A：No, they do not. You simply call the creation interface when you need to create a virtual card.
