/openapi/kyc/getKycUrl

1.After submitting customer KYC information, use this interface to obtain the liveness verification URL.
2.The completion status of liveness verification can be checked via endpoint 2.3.
3.The default language can be adjusted by modifying the locale parameter in the returned link.
Note: The URL remains valid for 10 minutes.
